Maternity Night Nanny needed immediately in Battersea

A lovely opportunity for an experienced maternity night nanny to support first-time parents in Central London with their newborn baby, who was born just one week ago.
The family are looking for nights-only support to help them navigate the early weeks and establish a settled routine. Mum is currently combination feeding and would ideally like to establish breastfeeding further, so the family would value someone who is knowledgeable and confident in providing gentle, practical support with feeding.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced maternity practitioner who is fully up to date with current NHS guidelines and safer sleep practices. They should be confident caring for a newborn overnight and able to guide and reassure first-time parents through those important first few months.
The family are looking for someone warm, nurturing and knowledgeable, who can share their experience and build the parents’ confidence while respecting their choices and approach to parenting.
This role would suit a candidate with strong, relatable experience who genuinely enjoys supporting new parents and helping them feel confident and reassured during the early stages of parenthood.
Job Start Date: Immediately
Contract End: Up to 6 months
Location: Battersea, London
Gross hourly Rate: £25
Hours of work: 9pm -8am
Nights required: up to 6 nights per week
Specialist or expert required: Certified Maternity Practitioner
Minimum experience Level for this job: 5yrs experience within the role
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: 12hr First Aid, Enhanced DBS, Maternity Practitioner Certificate (L3 minimum).
