A lovely, down-to-earth family based in Barons Court are looking for a wonderful afternoon nanny to join them from September to care for their three children aged 13, 10 and 5.
Responsibilities:
- Collect the two youngest children from school in South Kensington, accompany them to after-school activities when required.
- Plan engaging activities mainly for the youngest child at home, supervise the older children.
- Support the children during bath time and prepare simple yet nutritious evening meals.
- Assist with the children’s evening routines and prepare the home for a smooth transition to parents.
- Work Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm; may start earlier to prepare meals and tidy the children’s areas.
- Collaborate with the employed housekeeper; role is focused solely on childcare and nursery duties.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant childcare experience.
- Up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service.
- 12-hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 professional referees (one current or last employer) who are immediately contactable.
- Proactive, reliable, fun-loving, energetic and fluent in French.
- No driving required; no pets or travel involved.
- Optional: professional nanny insurance.
