A warm, welcoming, and busy professional family, are seeking a proactive, kind, and patient nanny to care for their delightful little boy, who will be one year old at the start of the role.
The family are looking for a nurturing nanny with a gentle, child-led approach to childcare, who will provide a safe, engaging, and loving environment in which their son can continue to thrive and develop. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny looking to become a valued and long-term part of a family’s life.
The nanny will be confident taking sole charge of a one-year-old. They will enjoy planning age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, development and curiosity, as well as being happy to spend lots of time outdoors, taking the child on walks, outings and adventures to explore the world around them.
The role will include a range of nursery duties to support the smooth running of the child’s day. This will include taking care of his laundry, preparing fresh, healthy and balanced meals and snacks, attending to his day-to-day physical care needs, and keeping his bedroom, play areas and belongings clean, tidy and organised.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience caring for infants and be confident in building strong, trusting and nurturing relationships.
A careful and confident driver with a full, clean driving licence is essential.
The family would welcome a French-speaking candidate; however, this is not essential.
Location of the job: Hadleigh, Suffolk
Minimum experience Level for this job: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a nanny.
Details of any training needed for this job: A valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate and an Enhanced DBS check (with update service) are required.
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Level 3 Childcare qualification required.
Hours of work: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: £16.00 Gross per hour / £37,440.00 Gross per annum.
This is a permanent position.
