This family are looking for a full time Nanny to care for their 4 children, triplets aged 2 years and their 3.5 year old sibling. The role is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 45 hours per week. Mum is home Mondays and Fridays. There will be scope for overtime (i.e. later finishes) and ad hoc overnights supporting mum for additional pay when Dad is away.

Or the family could offer the flexibility for the role to start as 3 days a week, before becoming full time in a few months. This position is caring for 4 children under 4 years old. The eldest of the four children is at preschool during the day, therefore the nanny will mostly care for the younger three.

The family are respectful and gentle in their approach, whilst also maintaining clear boundaries. They let the children explore, climb and learn through play. This would not suit a nanny who has a very firm approach, but more someone who is nurturing in style and genuinely enjoys guiding children and encouraging their own decision making, adventure and exploring skills.
They would love the nanny to take the children to toddler classes/groups, going to the park/walks etc. You must be qualified in childcare, with excellent experience of young children as a nanny. Previous experience with caring for multiples is advantageous. A driver is needed and a car will be provided.
The family are looking for someone kind, warm, gentle and outdoorsy with a strong nurturing approach. The family have a cleaner, however this role would suit someone who has a real muck in attitude and is happy to do family laundry, and generally keep on top of the home. Someone who is naturally tidy, organised, and enjoys being proactive would be a great fit for such a busy household.
