A sporty and active family in Mid Sussex are seeking a calm, nurturing and experienced Nanny Housekeeper to care for their children aged 4, 8 and 10. This is a long‑term, sole charge role for someone who genuinely loves childcare and creating a happy, engaging environment for children to thrive in. The family are flexible on various elements; however, they are especially keen to find someone who shares their love of sport, football and outdoor play, and who will encourage fun, age‑appropriate activities both inside and, above all, outside in their lovely rural setting in the forest.

Alongside childcare, the role will include preparing fresh, healthy meals, keeping on top of the children’s schedules and managing their diaries. Housekeeping and organisational duties will be carried out while the children are at school.

Ideal candidate: warm, professional and organised nanny who is confident working independently, communicates well and brings a gentle, positive approach to family life. The family are looking for someone who will become a valued and trusted part of their household and enjoy the stability of a kind, supportive home.

  • 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid certification
  • Comfortable driving with mileage paid (55p per mile)
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, average 40 hours per week
  • Permanent live‑out Nanny position
  • Pets: 1 dog (no care required)
