First-time international parents are seeking a Maternity Nanny to help guide and support them with their baby girl, who will be 12.5 weeks old at the start of the booking. The family has recently settled in London, and their baby is adapting well to her new routine; she sleeps soundly and feeds successfully with both bottle and breastmilk. She is cheerful and content.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support for the baby over a 6-month contract.
- Guide parents in fostering the baby's development and agree on key milestones.
- Perform all nursery-related duties and assist with additional household tasks as needed.
- Maintain a calm, professional environment for the family.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience within the maternity nanny role.
- Qualified Maternity Practitioner (Level 3 minimum).
- 12-hour First Aid Certificate, DBS and enhanced DBS up to date.
- Self-employed; must issue own contract and UTR number to clients at the offer stage.
- German language skills and cooking skills are an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work 5–6 days a week, 20 hours per day (4-hour break).

This is a self-employed opportunity. Candidates must provide their Unique Tax Reference number to clients at the offer stage. All roles with children and the vulnerable must hold an up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, a 12-hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate, and at least two professional referees, one being the current or last employer.
