A super opportunity has arisen in Gloucestershire for an outstanding Rota Nanny in the heart of The Cotswolds, working on a 24/7 one week on, one week off schedule. They are looking for a highly trained, professional, kind and trustworthy Nanny with outstanding experience to join a warm and welcoming household with a family that values high standards, trust, and mutual respect. The other Rota Nanny has worked with the family for more than 10 years!

The position will suit someone who is passionate about their career as a Nanny and is able to encourage the children’s interests and learning. The family places a strong importance on nurturing the children through both outdoor exploration, such as nature-led activities and gardening, as well as structured developmental activities. The children are aged 5 and 3, they love spending time outdoors and adore animals. The family has a dog, cat and chickens, and the children enjoy riding and have a pony they ride every week, so someone comfortable around animals is key.

The children also enjoy activities such as ballet, gymnastics, football and swimming. Your duties are all childcare related, and they are looking for someone with attention to detail and high standards of organisation, providing fun and stimulating activities to support the children’s emotional, social and educational development. A team player is also key in this fully staffed household. The parents are busy working professionals but they enjoy time with the children when not working. The role is mainly sole charge with some shared care when parents are around. You will be required to travel with the family as well.

  • Pay: £70,000-£85,000 gross per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

To undertake this role, you must have an up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate which is registered on the update service, a 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate and a minimum of 2 professional referees who are happy for you to share their contact details with our recruiters. One of your references must be your current or last employer and both references must be immediately contactable. We also recommend that you have appropriate professional insurance (nanny insurance).
