The very rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced rota nanny to join a wonderful returning family based in Esher, working on a 24/7 one week on, one week off schedule. The family have two delightful children: an adorable little boy aged 3 and a bright, sweet-natured daughter aged 7. The role will involve a combination of sole charge and shared care, so being a genuine team player is essential. This is a warm, down-to-earth household with a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Although not a fully staffed home, the family very much value a "muck in" attitude, and all nursery duties and cooking for the children will form part of the role. It is a true team effort, and flexibility and initiative are highly appreciated. The ideal nanny will be organised, proactive, engaging, and genuinely passionate about childcare; a tech-savvy person would be a real bonus.
Accommodation in the current property consists of a private bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette area, as well as access to a lounge. A car will be provided while on duty, so candidates must be confident driving larger vehicles and hold a clean driving licence. The family also enjoy travelling; you must be happy to accompany them, and previous experience travelling with families skiing is a real bonus. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a professional yet personable rota nanny looking to become part of a lovely family and supportive working environment.
