Full time Nanny Housekeeper role in Esher, Surrey

A lovely, friendly family of four are looking for a warm, reliable and highly organised nanny/housekeeper to become a trusted part of the busy family home. They have two children, aged four and two and a half, and both parents work full-time.

This is a combined childcare and household-management role, ideal for someone proactive, organised and confident using their initiative. The eldest has just started school so the role will involve school runs so a driver happy to use their own car is essential

You will plan age-appropriate activities and outings, prepare healthy meals and snacks, take the children to clubs and appointments (across the week), support their routines and development, and help with light homework

Household management is an important part of the role, although they do employer a cleaner (once a week). Responsibilities will include managing family laundry and ironing, changing beds, keeping the house tidy and managing the weekly food shop, tidying up after all meal times and washing up. All nursery duties will be required ensuring everything is organised and ready for the next day.

The family are looking for someone who is naturally proactive, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities without instruction. The perfect candidate will be kind, caring and experienced with young children, confident supporting a Reception-aged child, a capable family cook, reliable and an excellent communicator.

They are looking for someone who will take pride in creating a calm, organised and welcoming home and become a trusted and valued member of our family for the foreseeable future. The family do appreciate it is long days and grandparents do come to stay quite often so there will be opportunities to finish early on Friday’s.
