Role Overview
A family in Warwickshire is looking for a warm, proactive nanny to support the care of three children: 1.5‑year‑old twins and an older sibling who will be starting school in September.
The role includes working closely with the mother in a busy, happy household.
Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day care of three children, including age‑appropriate activities and development.
- Perform standard nursery duties: preparing healthy meals, organising bedrooms and play areas, laundry, food prep, and toy and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure smooth running of children’s routines, including nap times and time for planning during the twins’ afternoon nap.
- Accompany the family on local outings once a week.
- Collaborate with the mother on nursery duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a nanny or Level 3 childcare and above.
- Current, enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
- 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
- At least 2 professional references, including current or last employer, both immediately contactable.
- Appropriate professional insurance (nanny insurance) preferred.
- Working Hours and Location
Location: Kineton, Warwickshire. Hours: 8 am – 4 pm (with flexibility). Days: 3 days a week (Friday mandatory). Regular overtime is offered.
Salary and Benefits
£24,960 gross per annum (£20.00 hourly). Permanent position. One dog in the home.
