Housekeeper required in Cobham, Surrey

Are you a proactive, organised, and child-friendly housekeeper looking for a long-term part-time role with a warm and welcoming family? A lovely friendly family living in Cobham, Surrey, and are looking for an experienced housekeeper to join them 3 days per week, Tuesday and Wednesday 11am - 6pm and Thursday 11am - 7pm (22 hours per week). This is primarily a housekeeping role, with duties including:

• Laundry and ironing
• Changing bed linen
• Keeping the home clean, tidy, and well organised
• Food shopping and preparing family meals
• Running household errands

A weekly cleaner will take care of the deep cleaning, allowing you to focus on the day-to-day upkeep and smooth running of the home. The family have two daughters, aged 10 and 12, who attend full time school and while childcare is not the main focus of the role they would like to find someone that loves children and being part of the family that also would be happy to carry out some school runs and ad hoc childcare in the holidays. Mum is studying and dad works from home occasionally so they are looking for someone who is confident working independently, can manage their own workload, and uses their initiative to keep the household running efficiently. The family also have a dog which would need occasional walking so a love for dogs would be ideal! This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a relaxed, kind, and appreciative family.

Location of the job: Cobham, Surrey. Minimum experience Level for this job: 4 years. Details of any training needed for this job: 1st aid. Hours of work: Tuesday and Wednesday 11am - 6pm and Thursday 11am - 7pm. Days required: Tuesday - Thursday. Pets in the home: dog. Driving required: yes - car can be provided. Job Start Date: ASAP.

Pay: £25,168 gross per annum (£22 gross per hour). This is a permanent job.
