A wonderful part-time live-out nanny/housekeeper opportunity has become available, working with a warm and professional family based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. You will be caring for two active and happy children – a girl aged nine years and her younger brother who is aged six. The children like to play outside, as well as enjoying board games and arts and crafts. There are also two older teenage children who require limited care. The family is looking for a kind and fun nanny who can help to keep the family organised. There is also a small friendly dog. A short daily dog walk would be part of the role, so a pet lover is essential.

Before the school pick up, you will have time to help keep the family organised. You’ll support with:
- General childcare
- Household laundry
- Family shopping
- Tidying and organising bedrooms and play areas
- Preparing uniforms and belongings for the following day
- Overseeing homework
While the family employs a weekly cleaner, help with light household tasks — like tidying the kitchen, loading the dishwasher, or running occasional errands — would be part of the role. You will also be responsible for preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals for the children, following a meal plan where required and involving them where possible. At the end of each day, you will ensure that any areas used are left clean and tidy for the parents’ return.
A confident, safety-conscious driver with a clean licence is essential. You will need your own car. Duty mileage will be paid.
