We are looking for an experienced, kind, caring, and fun Nanny to work for a professional family in Oxford. The role starts ASAP or by the start of January, with sole charge of a 2‑year‑old and an 11‑month‑old while the mother returns to work after maternity leave. The position is a 4‑day week (Tues‑Thurs) from 8 am to 6:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide sole care for the children, ensuring their safety and well‑being.
- Plan and facilitate engaging, age‑appropriate activities that support their development.
- Maintain a positive, cheerful, and energetic environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 + years working with children of similar age and in a similar role.
- Childcare qualifications are essential.
- Up‑to‑date DBS on the updated service.
- 12‑hour paediatric first aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 professional references, one of which must be a current or former employer, who are immediately contactable.
