A 2 day week Nanny is required in Oxford. This sole charge role is for two days a week, ideally Tuesday and Wednesday, from 7:30am to 7:00pm. The children are aged 1, 7, and 8.

Responsibilities:

  • Get the children's breakfast and take the older children to school (walkable distance).
  • Look after the 1-year-old during the day, including outings and baby/toddler groups, engaging in age-appropriate activities.
  • After lunch and a nap, pick up the older children from school (very close by) around 4:00–4:15pm.
  • Prepare tea and bath time for all children, then support the bedtime routine after parents arrive home (6:30–7:00pm).
  • Walk the family dog after school drop-off in the mornings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working with children of the same ages in a similar role.
  • Childcare qualifications essential.
  • DBS on update service and a 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • 2 professional referees, one of which from current/last employer.
  • Driver: Not essential.
  • Pets: one friendly dog.
