Fantastic role! Full time Nanny needed in Cookham, Berkshire. This busy professional family is looking for an experienced sole charge Nanny to work Monday‑Friday caring for a happy 4.5‑year‑old. The position starts on the 21st of April and requires someone who genuinely loves working with children, is proactive and kind, and would enjoy supporting this busy family home.
Responsibilities:
- Work Monday‑Friday 7:15 am–5:30 pm.
- Provide childcare for a 4.5‑year‑old, including reading stories, being fun, creative, and engaging.
- Drive a car provided by the family for school runs, local activities, and classes.
- Run errands for the mother and perform light housekeeping during school hours.
- Join the family on holiday for 2–3 weeks every summer.
- Support the family’s daily routine and assist with any additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 + years of experience working with children of a similar age.
- Childcare qualifications not essential but desirable.
- Must hold an up‑to‑date enhanced DBS certificate.
- Must possess a 12‑hour Paediatric First‑Aid Certificate.
