Full time Nanny Housekeeper required in Finchampstead, Berkshire. The role is for a senior child caregiver who will be sole charge of two children aged one and three years old.
Responsibilities:
- Lunch‑time and pick‑up nursery runs (children attend nursery 4 days a week, 8 am‑12 midday and 4:30 pm‑6 pm).
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children.
- Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry and bed‑changing.
- Keep the home organised, tidy and well‑run.
- With full‑day Thursday (8 am‑6 pm) focus on organising age‑appropriate activities, taking the children to the park and engaging with them to keep them safe and happy.
Work Hours & Schedule:
Mondays‑Fridays – approximately 35 hours a week: 8 am‑12 midday and 4:30 pm‑6 pm (four days a week); full‑day Thursday 8 am‑6 pm.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience working with children of the same ages in a similar role.
- Childcare qualifications – essential.
- Current DBS on the check‑update service.
- 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- At least two professional referees, one of whom must be a current or former employer that is immediately contactable.
