A warm and proactive nanny is sought for a busy, welcoming family home in Shropshire.
This is a hands-on role for someone confident, organised and naturally intuitive, who
thrives on creating a calm, well-run household.
You will take an active role in shaping the weekly routine alongside mum, ensuring
everything flows smoothly. Mondays will be your preparation day – managing family food
shopping, meal prep, laundry and ironing – setting the tone for the week ahead. You’ll
confidently coordinate the children’s schedules, including swimming and dance
classes, while anticipating needs such as packing bags, organising nursery items and
keeping daily routines seamless.
The family are passionate about raising kind, confident and expressive children. They
value creativity, empathy and strong communication, and are looking for a nanny who
will nurture these qualities while supporting consistent boundaries and positive
behaviour.
This is a long-term opportunity within a growing family who truly value their nanny as
part of the team. You’ll be someone who is warm, reliable and unflappable, with a great
sense of humour and a straightforward, honest approach.
In return, you’ll enjoy a supportive environment where your initiative is trusted and your
role genuinely makes a difference to family life.
