We are looking for a warm, positive and engaging nanny to join a welcoming family living on a large arable farm. With three lovely girls, three dogs and horses, this is a home where life is busy, active and full of plans! A love of rural life is essential, and any knowledge of or experience with animals would be a real bonus.
The family have enjoyed a wonderful eight-year relationship with their current nanny, and a handover will be available to help you settle in.
Your days will be varied, from school runs, homework and weekend activities to preparing meals, helping with the girls’ routines and keeping on top of their washing, bedrooms and playroom. There will also be birthday parties, extra-curricular activities to attend and preparations for school holidays and weekends full of plans.
The family are looking for someone nurturing and understanding of neurodiverse needs, who can support her individual needs, offer reassurance and confidently manage all three children independently.
The girls love responsibility and independence, so encouraging their confidence and helping them flourish is a big part of the role, from supporting their daily routines to celebrating new achievements. This is very much an outdoor family, so whether it’s sunshine or pouring rain, wellies and waterproofs are always ready!
You will work closely with the family’s daily housekeeper and become a valued part of a happy, busy household. Above all, the family want someone kind, adaptable and full of positivity who will bring energy, laughter and warmth to their home.
Location of the job: Near Wellesbourne, Warwickshire
Minimum experience Level for this job: Experience working with similar aged children in a busy environment
Hours of work: 7:30am – 6:30pm
Ages of children: 9, 6 and 3 years old
Days required: Wednesday – Sunday
Pets in the home: Dogs and horses
Driving required: Yes, confident driver required -potential for car to be provided

Pay: £42,900 gross per annum
