A lovely family are looking for an experienced Maternity Practitioner to support them through the early weeks with their new baby. As this is their third child, the parents are keen to establish a gentle routine that allows them to enjoy time together as a family, while also giving them the opportunity to have some time to rest.
Mum is hoping to breastfeed but is equally happy to introduce a bottle when appropriate. They are looking for someone who can support them with this in a calm and flexible way.
The family have previously had maternity support with their older child and would therefore welcome a practitioner who is confident, self-sufficient and able to work independently when needed. Equally, they are looking for someone who is warm, adaptable and flexible in their approach, and who will work alongside the family rather than taking over.
The ideal candidate will have strong newborn experience and be fully up to date with current NHS guidance and safer sleep practices. Someone who is knowledgeable, reassuring and confident in supporting parents through those early days would be a great fit.

Hours of work: 20hrs +4 hour break

Minimum experience Level for this job: 5yrs experience within the role
