A warm, active and welcoming family in Barnes are seeking an experienced sole charge daily nanny to care for their two children, aged 4 months and 2 years. This is a long-term, Monday to Friday role, 8am to 6pm (50 hours per week), offering £65,000 to £72,000 gross per annum (DOE).
Responsibilities:
- Confidently manage coordinated routines for both children, supporting feeding, sleep, development and transitions while creating a calm, structured and nurturing environment.
- Plan age-appropriate activities, encourage learning through play and outdoor time, support sibling bonding and emotional regulation.
- Prepare children’s meals, manage play areas and children’s laundry, and handle nursery drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Maintain clear communication with the parents.
Qualifications and experience:
- Strong experience caring for a baby and toddler simultaneously, including a baby under 6 months.
- Paediatric First Aid certification.
- Enhanced DBS.
- Excellent long-term references.
- A driving nanny is preferred.
