A fantastic opportunity is available with a lovely family based near Bishop’s Stortford, Essex, who are looking for a nurturing and organised Nanny Housekeeper to care for their two children, aged 5 and 7 years.
The ideal nanny will have prior experience caring for children and demonstrate a calm, nurturing, and confident demeanour, delivering the highest standard of care.
The Nanny will collect the children from their local school and take them to their various after-school activities. They will then support the children with their evening routine, including preparing snacks, encouraging play and activities, helping with reading and homework, and overseeing mealtimes.
In addition to childcare, the role will require you to help manage the home in a welcoming environment. The family is seeking an all-rounder who is organised, trustworthy, and a pleasure to be around. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and a self-starter, able to take the initiative and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. The role includes a variety of housekeeping duties, including cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, putting away the weekly grocery delivery, running errands and other essential tasks to help keep the household running smoothly.
You must be a careful and confident driver with a clean driving licence and your own fully insured car. Mileage incurred during duties will be reimbursed.
