A lovely opportunity has arisen for a warm, attentive and confident nanny to care for a delightful six-month-old baby in Coggeshall, Essex.
The family are looking for someone kind and nurturing who is confident caring for a young baby and will provide plenty of loving attention, helping to create a calm, happy and engaging environment throughout the day.
Previous experience caring for infants, together with a gentle and nurturing approach, is essential. Duties will include all nursery duties such as bottle feeding, preparing and cleaning bottles, preparing healthy and balanced meals and snacks, and ensuring the baby is happy, comfortable and well cared for throughout the day.
This is a child-focused role, with the main priority being the care and wellbeing of the child. When time allows, some light household support to help keep the home running smoothly would also be greatly appreciated.
The nanny will also provide plenty of age-appropriate play, interaction and stimulation, as well as taking the baby out for walks and outings and making the most of time outdoors.
You must be a careful and confident driver with a full, clean driving licence. An on-duty car will be provided for work-related duties.

Job Details

- Minimum Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a nanny.
- Training Needed: A valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate and an Enhanced DBS check (with update service) are required.
- Qualifications Needed: Level 3 Childcare qualification required.
- Hours of Work: 7:00am – 7:00pm
- Days Required: Tuesday and Thursday
- Pets in the Home: No
- Driving Required: Yes
- Job Start Date: November 2026
- Pay: £25.00 Gross per hour.
- Contract Type: Permanent position.

- For all roles with children and the vulnerable you must have an up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate which is registered on the update service.
- 12-hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
- Minimum 2 professional referees who are happy for you to share their contact details to our recruiters. One of your references must be your current or last employer and both references must be immediately contactable.
- Professional insurance (nanny insurance) recommended.
