A fabulous part time live‑out nanny position has become available, working with a professional and friendly family who live in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire.
Responsibilities:
- Look after two happy children – a boy aged nine and his sister aged six.
- Engage the children in active and creative activities such as football, dancing, after‑school clubs, arts and crafts and games.
- Care for the family’s old Cocker Spaniel dog – a pet lover is required.
- Assist with keeping the family organised: laundry, tidy bedrooms and play areas, ensuring the children have everything they need for school each day, and oversee any homework required.
- Support the cleaner by keeping the kitchen tidy, emptying the dishwasher and running occasional errands.
- Prepare healthy and nutritious meals for the children each day, preferably homemade.
- Supervise bathtime and leave all used rooms tidy for the parents to take over at the end of the day.
- Drive safely to school or clubs – a clean driving licence, own fully insured car and duty mileage will be paid.
Requirements & Experience:
- Minimum two years of childcare experience.
- Level 3 childcare qualification preferred, but experience is essential.
- Enhanced DBS (updated) and 12‑hour paediatric first aid.
- Enjoy working with children and be a team player, good communicator, creative and have a real interest in child development.
- Reliable, happy, active, and able to fit well into the family’s lives.

- Days and hours: Monday – Thursday, 13.30‑18.30 (20 hours/week)
- Payment: £19,760 gross per annum + mutually agreed overtime at £19 gross per hour
