- Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans in a fast-paced DTC environment
- Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes, systems, and cost structures
- Track, analyse, and report on key supply chain KPIs, using data to inform decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and sustainability standards within health & wellness

- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and fulfilment for online retail
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and third-party logistics providers
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, cost, and scalability
What We Would Like to See
- A hands-on, proactive Supply Chain Manager who enjoys building and improving systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, and customer-first DTC brands
