Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing talent agency within the digital and entertainment space who are looking to hire an experienced and commercially driven Senior Creator Talent Manager. The Role
This role will see you take ownership of the Creator Talent division, driving its commercial performance and long-term strategic direction. You'll lead on roster development, oversee brand partnerships and negotiations, mentor a growing team, and position the agency as a leader within the influencer and creator management space. Experience working at the intersection of fashion and luxury is important, as our client represents talent operating at the premium end of the market. The pathway to Head of Talent is clearly defined, making this an exceptional opportunity for a talent professional who's keen to build their own division and kickstart their progression. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a high-value creator roster, maximising talent positioning and earning potential
- Build and sustain high-value brand and commercial partnerships, leading negotiations at a senior level
- Drive revenue performance across the roster, identifying new income streams and market opportunities
- Develop long-term partnership strategies that extend reach across international markets
- Lead the strategic direction and commercial growth of the creator talent function
- Create and oversee tailored career and content strategies for top-tier talent
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent management team
- Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships across the brand, agency, and platform landscape
- Drive the agency's profile and positioning within the wider industry
- Ad hoc tasks to support the Managing Director
What We Need to See (Essential)
- Significant experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a closely related field
- Experience working within the fashion influencer or luxury brand space
- A genuine passion for the creator economy and digital-first talent landscape
Package
- Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + performance-based incentives
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)
