  • Experience producing high-quality written content and reviewing submissions.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.

  • A motivated bid professional looking to take the next step in their career.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes a successful bid.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth and success of a creative, design-focused business.
  • Experience using bid management tools and CRM systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
