Operating in a fast-moving e-commerce environment, the business is deeply customer-centric, data-driven, and ambitious in its growth plans. The supply chain sits at the heart of this journey, playing a critical role in ensuring customers receive the right product, at the right time, every time. The culture is collaborative, agile, and values people who take ownership, think commercially, and care deeply about building something meaningful in the health & wellness space.

The Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise the end-to-end supply chain for a predominantly DTC e-commerce business. This role is central to ensuring seamless product availability, fast fulfilment, and a resilient supply chain that supports both growth and exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with e-commerce, operations, finance, and product teams, as well as external suppliers and logistics partners, to build scalable systems and processes that can flex with demand in a high-growth, online-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing and procurement through to manufacturing, warehousing, and DTC fulfilment
  • Plan and forecast demand in line with e-commerce sales trends, promotions, and new product launches
  • Optimise inventory levels to balance availability, cash flow, and customer service
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, 3PLs, and last-mile delivery partners
  • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans in a fast-paced DTC environment
  • Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes, systems, and cost structures
  • Track, analyse, and report on key supply chain KPIs, using data to inform decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and sustainability standards within health & wellness

What the Client Would Like to See

  • Experience in supply chain management within a DTC e-commerce, FMCG, health, wellness, food, drink or consumer products business
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and fulfilment for online retail
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and third-party logistics provider
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, cost, and scalability

What We Would Like to See

  • A hands-on, proactive Supply Chain Manager who enjoys building and improving systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, and customer-first DTC brands
  • The confidence to challenge processes, bring new ideas, and drive positive change
