We're partnered with a fast-growth beverage brand that's making its mark in one of the UK's most exciting FMCG categories. Having built strong momentum across both retail and direct-to-consumer channels, the business is entering its next phase of growth, with operations playing a critical role in supporting increasing demand.
As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Logistics Executive to join their Operations team and help keep products moving efficiently from production through to customers. Working closely with manufacturing partners, warehouses and 3PL providers, you'll play a key role in ensuring service levels remain high while supporting the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
This is a hands-on role in a collaborative, entrepreneurial business where you'll gain exposure across the end-to-end supply chain, take ownership from day one and have the opportunity to grow alongside the company.
The Role
Reporting into the Operations team, you'll support the day-to-day logistics function, ensuring products are delivered on time, inventory is accurately managed and customers receive an excellent experience. You'll work closely with third-party logistics providers, warehouse partners, manufacturers and internal teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
This is a varied role in a fast-paced scale-up where no two days are the same. If you're organised, proactive and enjoy solving problems, you'll thrive in an environment where you'll have genuine ownership and the chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report On Time In Full (OTIF) performance across B2B and D2C orders, identifying trends and working with logistics partners to improve service levels.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for warehouses, 3PL providers and fulfilment partners, ensuring efficient operations and resolving logistical challenges.
- Coordinate inbound raw material movements and outbound finished goods between suppliers, manufacturers and warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements within Unleashed (or equivalent ERP/inventory management system).
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service and E-commerce teams to resolve customer delivery issues and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate packaging and repacking activities, ensuring materials are available and projects are completed efficiently.
- Support Finance with invoice checking, cost maintenance and month-end processes.
- Contribute to operational improvement initiatives, helping streamline processes and build a supply chain capable of supporting continued growth.
What the client would like to see (Essential)
- Previous experience in a Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or Inventory role, ideally within FMCG, food & drink or another fast-paced consumer goods environment like beauty, personal care, health and wellness.
- Experience working with warehouses, third-party logistics (3PL) providers or fulfilment partners.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data, reporting and inventory management systems.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership and solve problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business where priorities can change quickly.
What we would like to see (Bonus)
- Experience using Unleashed or a similar inventory management/ERP system.
- Previous exposure to D2C fulfilment or e-commerce logistics.
- FMCG, food, beverage or consumer goods experience.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement projects or process optimisation.
- A genuine interest in operations, supply chain and building scalable processes.
