Harmonic are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, international business in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant on a 6 month contract basis (Outside IR35). If all goes well, there could be the possibility of extension.
The organisation is a rapidly scaling technology company who recently secured Series B Funding, making this a critical position. You will be supporting the Chief Executive Officer as a trusted gatekeeper and a valued member of the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of booking domestic and international travel, including Visa applications.
- Support board meetings, with preparation of presentations and providing valued input.
- Complex diary management across a broad range of time zones.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality with access to highly sensitive information.
- Define and improve intercompany accounting structures, transaction flows, and eliminations.
- Ensure financial reporting is completed on time and provide system reports to support financial analysis and decision-making.
- Act as a key business partner for business-critical decisions.
What We Need to See (Essential)
- Strong hands-on experience within a scaling environment.
- Experience working as an Executive Assistant to a CEO.
- Proven experience working with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders.
What we’d like to see (bonus):
- Experience working with International Visas.
Day Rate: £200–£400 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: Initial 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
Location: London / Hybrid (3 days in office)
