The Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a polished and proactive Showroom Coordinator to play a pivotal role within the London showroom team. The role combines front-of-house responsibility, customer experience, showroom operations, and administrative support, making it ideal for someone looking to build a career within interiors, luxury retail, or design-led businesses.

You will be a key point of contact within the showroom, ensuring that every visitor receives a polished, professional, and engaging experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a welcoming and informed showroom experience, tailoring interactions to both professional and private clients.
  • Build strong product knowledge to confidently discuss specifications, finishes, applications, and availability.
  • Maintain exceptional showroom standards, ensuring the space remains visually aligned with the brand at all times.
  • Coordinate showroom resources, including samples, literature, and client-facing materials.
  • Support the execution of events, launches, and presentations, assisting with planning, setup, and guest experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Follow up with clients and contacts after visits to support relationship-building and ongoing engagement.
  • Represent the brand professionally, acting as an ambassador across all client and industry interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and client experience, contributing ideas and improvements where appropriate.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
  • A professional, polished, and service-oriented approach, with a clear focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

  • High levels of attention to detail and a proactive mindset when it comes to presentation, processes, and follow-through.
