Their work spans residential and commercial projects, with a clear focus on craftsmanship, material integrity, and timeless design.

The London showroom is a key touchpoint for the brand and functions as more than a retail space; it is a curated environment where ideas are shared, relationships are built, and the brand’s identity is experienced first-hand. The showroom regularly welcomes industry professionals, collaborators, and discerning clients, making it a central part of the company’s creative and commercial presence.

  • Coordinate showroom resources, including samples, literature, and client-facing materials.
  • Support the execution of events, launches, and presentations, assisting with planning, setup, and guest experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Follow up with clients and contacts after visits to support relationship-building and ongoing engagement.
  • Represent the brand professionally, acting as an ambassador across all client and industry interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and client experience, contributing ideas and improvements where appropriate.

What the client would like to see (essential)

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a design-led, lifestyle, furniture, interiors, homewares, fashion, built environment or premium brand environment (ideally B2B).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
  • A professional, polished, and service-oriented approach, with a clear focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced showroom or studio setting.
  • High levels of attention to detail and a proactive mindset when it comes to presentation, processes, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable using day-to-day business systems, including Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.

What we would like to see (bonus)

  • Experience working with high-end brands, luxury retail, studios, galleries, architects or interior designers or other design-focused businesses.
