We are partnering with a Series B, venture-backed technology and consulting business whose client roster already includes some of the world's most exciting challenger consumer brands. With the core product thriving, the next chapter will be heavily defined by the quality of the people they bring in - from junior hires to the C-suite. B Corp certified, genuinely strong culture, and a benefits package that goes beyond the obvious - matched pension, an international company trip, 4.5 day working week, and real consideration for how people want to work. This is a business that is doing the right things to attract high-calibre talent.
As the first Senior Talent Acquisition Manager hire, reporting directly into the Chief People Officer, and working closely with the Founder, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for predominantly Sales and Operations focused roles, working closely with department heads to define what great looks. This is high-quality, selective hiring; every search matters, and you will be expected to shape the brief as much as execute it. The expectation is to build trust, adapt and offer value as a subject matter expert.
