Job Description Operations Manager | Scaling Health & Wellness Technology Brand | London (Hybrid) The Client: Harmonic is super excited to be working exclusively with one of the fastest growing Health and Wellness Technology Brand in the UK who are looking for their first Operations Manager to help scale the business. This position will report to the founder and will have direct progression to Head of Operations as the team builds out further. Scaling rapidly, this business has seen recent turnover of £6m with plans to scale and reach 8 figures next year. Within just one year the business has grown 600% and has backing from Google and got featured on Dragons Den. This brand has exploded onto the UK scaleup scene setting out to help people feel and perform better with their advanced recovery products. Their mission is to make recovery a third dimension of fitness and training, and to help people avoid injury and improve their performance. This D2C ecommerce business has a global customer base including the US and Asia.
