Office Administrator | Dynamic Architecture Practice | London

The Client

Harmonic is delighted to be working with a renowned architectural practice celebrated for its design excellence and innovative approach to urban development. This international firm specializes in creating meaningful spaces that blend functionality, sustainability, and creativity, earning them a prominent position in the architecture and urban design sectors.

The practice is entering a period of growth and are forecasting 300 total projects for 2025. With a strong focus on community and design innovation, they are home to passionate professionals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the support team and take on a hands-on and varied position in a supportive and collaborative environment. This client’s established presence in the market allows for great career progression for the right candidate.

This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, particularly within the creative or design sectors, who is looking to expand their skill set and contribute to the success of high-profile projects. The HR responsibilities that fall under this role will arm the successful candidate with a broad skillset whilst not overtaking the studio -related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support studio facilities
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Assist with managing the appraisal system
  • Support on sustainability initiatives
  • Assist with H&S compliance
  • HR administration and documentation
  • Support recruitment processes

What We Need to See (required):

1-3 years' experience in an administrative role.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

A genuine interest in architecture and design.

What We’d Like to See (preferred):

Experience in architecture, construction, engineering, or interior design.

Experience in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

Proactive attitude.

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + benefits

Start Date: ASAP
