As the business enters its next stage of expansion, they are looking for a creative and highly organised Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver imaginative, brand-led campaigns across every customer touchpoint. From digital and print to events, partnerships, social media, and brand storytelling, this role will play a key part in bringing the brand world to life in a way that feels elevated, emotionally engaging, and unmistakably distinctive.
This role will suit someone looking to own the Marketing function, with real ownership and visibility. You’ll report directly into senior leadership, work closely with directors, and be trusted to run with campaigns and ideas rather than simply execute them. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute thoughtful, integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, partnerships and content.
- Help bring the brand world to life through elevated storytelling and creative campaign execution across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage and oversee the marketing calendar, coordinating launches, campaigns, seasonal moments, collaborations, and brand activations.
- Support the planning and execution of events, pop-ups, community experiences, and partnership initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, stylists, editors, talent, and aligned luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Collaborate closely with creative partners including photographers, designers, agencies, freelancers, and production teams to deliver best-in-class creative output.
- Oversee content development across social media, email marketing, editorial, print materials, and website updates, ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetic, and messaging.
- Work alongside founders and senior stakeholders to translate creative ideas into commercially impactful marketing activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to identify insights and optimise future activity.
- Ensure all brand communications feel cohesive, elevated, and aligned with the company’s wider creative vision.
- Experience within brand marketing, content marketing, partnerships, social media, or integrated marketing roles within luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, visual storytelling, and customer experience.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage timelines effectively.
- A strong creative eye and appreciation for aesthetics, design, and brand identity.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with creative teams, external partners, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience across social media platforms, influencer partnerships, content production, and campaign planning.
- A creative and culturally aware marketer with a passion for luxury brands, storytelling, and customer experience.
- Someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment in the consumer industries such as apparel, footwear, interiors, cosmetics, skincare etc.
- An individual who enjoys balancing big creative thinking with hands-on execution and delivery.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Someone excited by the opportunity to help shape and scale a growing luxury brand.
- An individual motivated by creating memorable, emotionally engaging brand moments.
