The Client
Our client is an ambitious health and wellness brand that was founded with a simple but powerful belief: everyday products should work better for people and be kinder to the world around us. What began as a challenger mindset has quickly evolved into a high-growth business, redefining expectations in its category through thoughtful design, responsible sourcing and an uncompromising approach to quality. Now entering a pivotal phase of international expansion, the business is scaling at pace across new markets and sales channels. This growth brings opportunity, but also complexity, and the leadership team is committed to building the kind of operational foundation that supports long-term success, not just short-term wins. They are investing in best-in-class supply chain capability to ensure that as the brand grows, it remains agile, resilient and true to its values.
For a supply chain leader who wants more than a maintenance role, someone excited by building, scaling and leaving a lasting imprint on a brand with purpose, this is a rare opportunity to step into a role with real influence at a defining moment in the company’s journey.
The Role
As Head of Supply Chain, you will take ownership of the end-to-end operational function, shaping strategy while remaining close to execution. This is a highly autonomous role, suited to someone confident operating at senior leadership level and comfortable managing complexity in a fast-moving environment. You will lead the development of a resilient, cost-effective and compliant supply chain that supports international expansion, multi-channel growth and an evolving product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise the end-to-end supply chain: sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory and fulfilment.
- Lead operational scaling across multiple sales channels including DTC, wholesale and retail.
- Build and execute international expansion plans, ensuring readiness across logistics, customs and compliance.
- Develop strong partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight partners and 3PLs.
- Design scalable operational frameworks that protect quality, sustainability and margin as volumes grow.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-led process optimisation and smart use of systems and technology.
- Oversee demand planning and inventory strategy in close collaboration with commercial and finance teams.
- Ensure regulatory, quality and sustainability standards are met across all markets.
- Lead the operational delivery of new product launches from manufacture through to market.
- Build, coach and develop a growing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
What the Client Would Like to See (essential):
- Proven experience leading supply chain or operations in a high-growth consumer brand environment.
- A track record of scaling internationally and navigating complex cross-border logistics.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel operations, including retail and e-commerce.
- Confidence operating in an autonomous role and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset balanced with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for working in purpose-driven businesses, particularly within health, wellness or sustainability-led sectors.
What We Would Like to See (bonus):
- 7+ years’ experience in supply chain, operations or logistics leadership roles.
- Background in FMCG, consumer goods such as health and wellness, beauty, personal care, fashion, food, bev or a similar fast-paced product environment.
- Experience building supplier relationships and managing manufacturing partners.
- Strong capability in demand planning, inventory management and cost optimisation.
- Exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks across multiple markets.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, with the resilience and adaptability needed in scale-up environments.
