Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing talent agency within the digital and entertainment space who are looking to hire a driven and commercially minded Talent Manager. Built on a people-first ethos and a genuine passion for the creator economy, our client has developed a strong reputation for representing high-value talent and operating with the ambition and entrepreneurial spirit the industry demands.
The business is entering an exciting new phase of growth, and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their talent management career who is hungry to make their mark, grow quickly, and take real ownership of their work.
The Role
You'll be hands-on from day one, working closely with a roster of creators across fashion and beauty, managing their brand relationships, supporting deal negotiations, and helping shape the strategic direction of their careers. This is not a role where you'll sit back and inherit a ready-made portfolio. The expectation is that you'll be proactive, tenacious, and eager to build.
The agency is genuinely invested in the people it hires. There is plenty of support, mentorship, and structure available as you grow, with a clear view to having you rise through the ranks at your own pace. For someone who wants to build a long-term career in talent management, this is a brilliant place to do it.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a roster of creators, maximising their positioning and commercial potential
- Build and maintain brand and commercial partnerships, with direct involvement in deal negotiations across fashion and beauty clients
- Source and scout new talent to bring into the roster
- Review current portfolio and understand what may be missing and what could be improved, contributing to overall department strategy
- Support revenue performance across the roster, identifying new opportunities and income streams
- Create tailored career and content strategies for talent, in collaboration with senior members of the team
- Cultivate and grow relationships across the brand, agency, and platform landscape
- Contribute to the agency's wider profile and positioning within the industry
- Ad hoc tasks to support the Managing Director
What We Need to See (Essential)
- 2-3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a closely related field
- Hands-on experience managing talent and working directly with clients, ideally in fashion and/or beauty
- Comfortable working autonomously and navigating deals with confidence
- Tenacious, proactive, and genuinely eager to grow rather than coast
- A genuine passion for the creator economy and talent landscape
Package:
- Salary: £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience + performance incentives
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)
- Location: London
