Harmonic are delighted to be working with a well-established luxury furniture company in their search for a Customer Service Administrator. Working alongside various members of the Sales, Operations and Marketing teams, you will gain a high level of knowledge of the products sold. The company have gained recognition in the industry due to their unique and exclusive projects.

Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will be the main point of contact for client queries and quotations as well as attending external meetings to discuss various projects. Managing the end-to-end order process including providing details regarding dispatch and delivery.

Greeting clients, running showroom tours.

A genuine interest in furniture and design.
