Harmonic is seeking a Head of Design for its premium interiors brand in London. You will lead the design and technical development function, owning the full NPD process from concept through manufacturing and launch, shaping a strategy that balances aesthetics with commercial viability.
You will mentor the Technical Design team and collaborate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Production, Sales and Marketing to bring innovative, commercially successful products to market.
