We’re partnering with a fast-growing PR firm to hire a Team/Office Assistant to support the central function and senior leadership team. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
You’ll play a key part in keeping the business running smoothly, supporting senior stakeholders, managing diaries, and ensuring the office is well organised and fully functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary & Senior Support
- Manage busy diaries for two Co-Founders (Outlook)
- Coordinate meetings, travel, lunches and dinners
- Liaise with clients and prospective clients
- Anticipate clashes and resolve issues proactively
- Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office administration
- Manage post, subscriptions, stationery and supplies
- Organise food shops and handle ad-hoc office needs
- Liaise with building management, IT and AV providers
- Travel & Events
- Book travel, accommodation and tickets for senior team members
- Support conferences and client events as needed
About You:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident prioritising multiple tasks
- Clear communicator at all levels
- Proactive, reliable and takes ownership
Experience as a Team Assistant, Office Assistant or Administrator is helpful but not essential.
Salary: up to £34K
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Central London (4-5 days onsite)
