Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end supply chain and international movement of product, from suppliers through to warehouse and ultimately to clients
- Manage key supplier and logistics relationships, including negotiating commercial terms and improving performance
- Lead and develop the Warehouse Manager and wider warehouse team, overseeing inventory, fulfilment and operational standards
- Improve supply chain processes, stock management and forecasting to reduce lead times and increase efficiency
- Build scalable processes across the UK, US and European operations as the business continues to grow internationally
