Payroll Manager | High-End Cinema Group | London/Hybrid Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a High-End Cinema group business based in Central London to recruit a Payroll Manager. The Business Our client is a luxury cinema group that aims to provide an immersive and upscale experience for film fanatics to enjoy their favourite movies. Based in iconic venues across London, customers are given the five-star treatment as they attend new-releases and old favourites with a high-quality audio and screen system. With several locations, they’re on track to grow to become a household name in quality cinema. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days expected in the office per week. The Role: Supporting a talented Finance Director and small finance team, this Payroll Manager will have the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and exciting business. The main responsibilities of this role surround managing a high-volume payroll cycle, involving both salaried and hourly rates. There will also be ad hoc tasks to support with HR Administration and systems implementation as they continue to make their function more efficient. The ideal candidate will have previous experience overseeing payroll within the hospitality industry, and can work fairly independently.
