Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a rapidly growing digital branding agency to find them an Interim Management Accountant to help with the day-to‑day finance function on a contract basis. Our client is an innovative Scale‑up changing the branding landscape with unique and impactful designs, partnering with world‑renowned businesses to boost their image on a global scale. With offices in 5 locations across Europe, North America, and Asia, they are offering a flexible working model to someone who is within commuting distance to their London HQ.

The Role

This role will be centred around supporting the CFO and Financial Controller with the monthly close and reporting processes. They are looking for someone versatile and hands‑on who can oversee the AP & AR processes, support on the month‑end process, and partner across the group function to ensure smooth running of transactional finance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare & review of month end and year end close processes.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks for the finance team and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities across different regions.
  • Ad‑hoc tasks across the accounting function, including FP&A, Reporting.
