We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join the merchandising and planning team, supporting a key product category. Reporting into the Senior Merchandiser, you will play a key role in trading performance, forecasting and range optimisation, helping to drive profitability and reduce risk across the department. Key Responsibilities- Weekly trade analysis of sales, stock and margin performance
- Identifying risks and opportunities and recommending trading actions
- Supporting markdown and promotional strategies to maximise profit
- Working with buying and design teams to build commercial ranges
- Managing and reviewing department line cards to maintain availability
- Planning and reforecasting WSSI to ensure accuracy and performance alignment
