Harmonic are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a globally recognised, internationally expanding consumer brand on the search for an Interim FP A Manager to cover a 6 month period. This is an FP A role with real scope to add value. The business operates across multiple channels and the finance function is commercially focused and fast-moving. The successful candidate will step into an established team, get up to speed quickly, and take ownership of core FP A processes from day one.
The Role
Reporting directly into the Director of FP A, you will own the core FP A cycle across weekly and monthly reporting, variance analysis, reforecasting and board reporting. There is genuine scope to improve ways of working and add commercial insight beyond the BAU remit. The business has a collaborative, relatively light-touch culture and values finance professionals who can tell the story behind the numbers rather than simply report them.
