Harmonic are thrilled to be working with one of the most exciting and fast growth marketing agency scale ups in the search for an interim finance manager. Supporting a head of finance, this position will play a key role within the finance function and will sit Outside IR35.
The Client: Our client are a prominent UK-based specialist app centric marketing agency, with a business model centred around helping app owners grow and scale successfully. The business, subject to a recent acquisition from a major player in their space, are a fast-growing, award-winning specialist in the digital marketing and mobile growth space. Our agency partners with a diverse portfolio of high-growth startups and global brands, providing cutting-edge services across user acquisition, data-driven creative production, and digital consultancy. With rapid growth plans in place following the recent acquisition, this is an exciting opportunity to have real influence and add genuine value throughout the length of the contract.
The Role: Reporting directly into the head of finance and taking responsibility for the line management of a junior finance assistant, this role will focus on the timely production of the management accounts, as well as gaining exposure to parent group reporting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take sole responsibility for the preparation and production of the management accounts
- Month end reporting
- Parent group reporting
- Line manage junior finance assistant
- Act as internal point of contact for the finance team
- Support with budgeting and reforecasting
- Debt chasing
- Ad hoc tasks to support wider finance team
What we need to see (essential):
- ICAS, ICAEW, CIMA, ACA, ACCA Qualified, Part Qualified, Finalist or Qualified by Experience
- Strong experience with production of management accounts from start to finish
What we need to see (bonus):
- Xero experience
- Line management (informal or formal) experience
Day Rate: 300 - 400 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Central London (2 days in the office max)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months, with potential to extend
