Harmonic is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, data-driven affiliate marketing business to hire a Financial Accountant to support their expanding finance function. Our client operates at the intersection of performance marketing and technology, working with a wide range of partners and networks to deliver measurable growth. With a strong focus on automation, data integrity, and scalability, the business is continuing to grow rapidly and offers an exciting opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Qualified Accountant (or Finalist) to take ownership of key financial processes, while also driving improvements in reporting, automation, and data accuracy. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and collaborate cross-functionally with development and senior stakeholders.
The Role:
- Build and present financial models and scenario analyses to senior management.
- Develop and improve processes to ensure accurate partner reporting and timely payments, reducing manual intervention and risk of error.
- Review and reconcile reporting outputs against raw data and third-party data (affiliate networks), identifying and escalating discrepancies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and other departments.
