Head of Finance | Fast-Growth International Media Business | UK (Hybrid) Harmonic is partnering with a fast-growth international media business that has doubled its revenue year on year while maintaining strong profitability. Now entering an exciting phase of expansion across new markets, verticals, and revenue streams, the business is building out its finance function to match its ambition. The Role The Head of Finance will lead the next stage of the finance function: building a best-in-class team and infrastructure, strengthening financial reporting and controls, and providing the commercial insight needed to help the business scale sustainably. This is a genuinely hands-on role, you'll run FP A directly for the first 6-12 months before bringing in dedicated resource, while also operating at a strategic, board-facing level. The ideal candidate will have experience in businesses across both the US and UK, as well as those that have scaled past £20m+ in revenue, so you're comfortable with the pace and needs of a business on that journey.
