Finance Manager | VC-Backed Social Commerce Agency | London (Hybrid) Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with an extremely fast-growth, VC-backed social commerce agency, in the search for a Finance Manager to support during this growth phase. This is a rare, high-visibility opportunity for a hands-on, commercially-minded finance professional to become the face of finance in a business scaling at real pace, with a clear runway to grow into a Head of Finance remit as the company heads towards exit. The Business: Our client is a TikTok focused social commerce agency, scaling in the last 2 years into an already established partner for some of the world's largest household brands, running social commerce programmes for a roster of global enterprise clients (including a growing base of international accounts). The business has already grown from around 20 people to roughly 70 in the space of a year. Revenue is currently targeted at £8m by year-end, with £20m projected for the year after. Having already raised £7m from venture investors, they are in the process of closing a further round, expected to complete in November. This is a business firmly in build mode - high energy, fast-moving, and on a defined journey towards a potential exit over the next 3-5 years.
