The business operates a growing estate of premium, purpose-built sites across London, sitting at the intersection of a private members' club, professional studio and flexible workspace. Already profitable at site level and backed by institutional investors and experienced multi-site operators, the business is entering an exciting period of expansion, with a new site opening next year and an ambitious rollout plan behind it. The Role Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Operations will build the operational infrastructure required to support significant growth. Leading General Managers, an Area Manager and Operations Manager, you'll own the people, processes, systems and standards across the estate. This is a strategic and commercial operations role rather than a firefighting one .
